Junior Achievement (JA) Be Entrepreneurial® is designed to teach students the elements and qualities of successful entrepreneurs and how to evaluate entrepreneurial ideas and encourages students to initiate their own commercial enterprise. This program may be delivered in a classroom-based, remote live, or after-school format.

JA Be Entrepreneurial consists of the following modules:
Each module includes teacher-led sessions, volunteer-led activities, and self-guided content. Modules may be offered together or as stand-alone components, and each module ends with a self-guided project in which students can apply what they have learned.
Students have the opportunity to compete in a national virtual competition, JA Social Innovation Challenge. This venue allows them to share their ideas for improving their communities and compete for national honors.
The parent program, Junior Achievement USA, was delivered to more than 2,500,000 students in the 2020-2021 school year. The extent to which JA Be Entrepreneurial has been implemented was not located.
Volunteers from the community implement this program, and they are trained for free through local JA offices. Training times will vary depending on the programs being delivered. Considerations for implementing this program include recruiting volunteers and ensuring they receive training and arranging for time to implement the classroom activities in an existing curriculum.

To move JA Be Entrepreneurial to the Promising category on the Clearinghouse Continuum of Evidence, at least one evaluation should be performed demonstrating positive effects lasting at least one year from the beginning of the program or at least six months from program completion.
